Shop Policies & FAQs
Due to the nature of our products all orders are final sale - no refunds, returns or exchanges once the payment is submitted. All items are made-to-order and will list a production time to complete the customization of each item on each product page. If a production time is missing, contact us to inquire. The products that are customized are sourced and not manufactured by Hammond Haus.

How long does it take to finish an order?This will depend on your order quantity, but all product listings should list the lead time to finish each item. If you do not see a lead time listed, please email us.

Do you do rush orders?Depends on the order quantity and date that you need the order delivered by - email us.

How do I care for my order?Care details should be included on each product listing. If you ordered an item that has been hand embellished, your item can only be spot cleaned and no heat applied. The hand embellishment is done with sequin affixed to the surface of the item, then sewn with invisible thread. We do our best to clean up any residue, overall any remnants of adhesive will not affect the overall look of your item. If you ordered an iron on item, it most likely will be machine washable on gentle cycle and suggested air dry or tumble dry low.

Do you do custom orders for items not listed in your shop?Yes, we can do our best to source items and other adhesive and iron on vinyls to match what you're looking for, as well as put together a custom order that will be invoiced separately. Just send us an email.

Where do you currently ship to?We currently ship only within the U.S.

If there is an item I saw on social media, but do not see it listed in your shop, is it available?"Since all of the items are made to order, if an item that you may have seen shared to social media is not listed in our online shop, then it is no longer available. But we can always work with you to create something similar - email us.
